Pricing

Cash, check, Zelle and credit card payments (with a 3.5% fee) are accepted. Acupuncture is eligible for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and healthcare spending accounts (HSA). Middle Village Acupuncture accepts both FSA and HSA. Please make checks payable to Middle Village Acupuncture.
 

Initial Treatment: $140.00
The initial treatment will last approximately 1.5 hours. During this time, we will take a thorough medical history and will discuss the goals of your treatment. We will collaborate to create a treatment plan that is specific to your condition and needs. The treatment will consist of acupuncture and other modalities (medical massage, cupping, gua sha) as needed. 

Follow-up Treatment: $100.00
Follow-up treatments will last roughly an hour. With each treatment, we will re-evaluate and modify the treatment plan as needed.

Insurance
 

Middle Village Acupuncture accepts some out-of-network insurance. I can verify your insurance benefits before your session. Please click on the link below and complete the online form. You will be contacted as soon as the benefits are established.
